 No Refunds

• We do not offer refunds for any orders. Please check your purchase carefully before completing your order.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect in the product.

• You must notify us of any defects within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

• If approved, we will replace the defective item with the same product.

Shipping fees

• If you refuse to accept your order upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees. These fees will be deducted from your account or invoiced directly.

Important Notes

• We check all items thoroughly before shipment to ensure the highest quality standards.

• Exchanges requested after the 24-hour window or for reasons other than defects will not be accepted.
